Since completing the work on Central Lofts, the new apartment complex has become a bustling community in the middle of downtown Evansville. Converted from the former YMCA building, Central Lofts provides affordable housing for locals while providing a unique, historic living location. Our partners at Crestline Communities manage the 62 specially designed units throughout the building. With its presence now well established, we are delighted to see our work making a positive impact on the community now and into the future.
